  • The Artist's Touch: Each piece is printed in a Hahnemühle Certified Studio in Toronto and is individually hand-signed by the artist to guarantee its authenticity and collectible value.

• Notes:

  • Unframed: All prints are sold unframed. Standard sizing allows for easy framing at most local retailers.

  • Composition: Slight cropping may be necessary to fit your selected size. Each dimension is individually adjusted to maintain the artistic balance of the original work.

  • Color Variance: Actual colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings and the natural matte texture of the paper.

Packaging & Protection

Each print is handled with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

• Small Prints (8x10"): Shipped flat in professional-grade, stay-flat mailers with protective backing boards.

• Medium & Large Prints (11x14" and above): Carefully rolled and protected in heavy-duty mailing tubes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• Final Sale: Because each piece is custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• Damages: We want you to love your new artwork, so please review the dimensions and details carefully before purchasing. If your print arrives damaged, please contact erinyang.art@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the artwork for a replacement or a full refund.
